Mixing instructions to produce a dippingglaze. For every 1kg of powder add 650mls of water.Because these powders contain a small addition of a glaze binder it is necessary to allow the mixture to stand overnight to allow the binder to dissolve and be absorbed. Then mix and blend the glaze together before sieving through a 60s-80s mesh sieve. Depending on the porosity of the biscuit it may be necessary to add more water to produce a satisfactory dipping glaze.
