To begin simply start with the white foam base and decorate using self-adhesive foam pieces, pipe cleaners, wiggle-eyes and matching ribbons. There are blue, yellow, purple, orange, green and red hearts and faces to choose from. Choose a colour, peel, stick and repeat!
